3 July 1944 a Morse intercept in the North Sea was made and recorded, but could not be decrypted. Other priorities overtook the effort. 12 October 1951, a possible decryption based on the key CARCOSA was identified, but the message could not be interpreted. By this time, OSS Detachment was no longer active, and this intercept was added to the file.
